The modern holiday house Casa Hiliba is situated on a idyllic finca in the area of Selva nearby the town Inca on the Balearic Island Mallorca in Spain. The village Selva with its supermarkets, restaurants and bars is only 1 km away and the marvalous sand beaches of Mallorca are 30 km away. This beautiful holiday home with two floors is very tastefull and modern furnished in the minimalis stile. At the ground floor of the Villa is a well-lit living and dining room (30 sqm) with a terrace and satelite TV, a modern fully equipped separate kitchen (14 sqm) with dining area, one bedroom (14 sqm) with a double bed, one bedroom (12 sqm) with two single beds and two shower rooms (one of them handicapped accessible). The first floor offers another open living room with a sofa bed and two arm chairs and also a bedroom (16 sqm) with a double bed, bad en suite and a own terrace (20 m²). Outside of the lovely country house is a furnished covered terrace (60 m2), two furnished terraces at every floor (20 sqm), a private pool (8 x 4 m) with sunbeds and a pool shower and nice garden with lawn (150 m²). There is also a mobile barbecue and a parking place.
