Nice holiday house with a lovely private garden and a shared pool located in a calm urbanisation in Bahia de Casares in Andalusia, only 250 m away from the Costa del Sol.
The
beautiful
fairly new
terraced house is located in a small and calm urbanisation in Bahia de Casares in Andalusia on the Costa del Sol, only 205 metres away from the pretty beach. The direct views of the sea are breathtaking & the private little garden (with palms, shrubs and flowers) provides a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun whilst taking in the marvellous sea views.
The lovely house is spacious, airy and is very well furnished throughout. It offers a large living-/ diningroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of it en suite) and a separate WC. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. There also is a furnished terrace.
The huge swimming pool is shared between the row of eleven houses. The pool is only about three minutes walk away from the house and has been built with use of both adults and children in mind. There is a very shallow area for toddlers to play in whilst the depth eventually reaches approx. 1.8 metres at the deeper end. The pool is set in some wonderful gardens where sun loungers are provided for use by all visiting guests.
